Tidewell Subprocessors

Tidewell LLC engages the third-party service providers listed below (“subprocessors”) to help deliver our services. Each has been assessed for security and privacy practices, and each is bound by a data processing agreement that imposes obligations no less protective than those in our own agreement with customers.
This page is the subprocessor list referenced in Section 9 of the Tidewell Data Processing Addendum. It is maintained alongside our internal subprocessor register and is updated whenever that register changes.

Optional Subprocessors
The following are engaged only where a customer enables AI-assisted features. Customers who do not enable these features have no data processed by these providers.

Property Management Systems
Tidewell connects to property management systems at our customers’ direction, including Hostaway, Hospitable, Guesty, Hostfully, Lodgify, OwnerRez, and Streamline. These providers are not Tidewell subprocessors. Each holds an independent relationship with the customer and acts as a separate controller or processor under that relationship. Tidewell accesses them only using credentials the customer authorizes.
